Okay so a few days ago I went to a producer who wanted to produce me a while back but since I had no material I went no further beyond telling him i would get back to him. I finally did and his offer is still on the table to produce me which is exciting since I have been writing music and lyrics. My friend came over last night and we managed to finish one song which I think is enough for now, but we are going to keep making music so I can present more to the producer. So I am actually following through with committing to music and writing it. I asked a friend if he would help me with writing and collaborate with me. I am really stoked about this since I have alway been shy and anxious to do so. i have poetry and a few songs written down along with some tunes I have played with my guitar and recorded myself and for once I haven't deleted them, usually I listen to it a while later and erase what I have written. I was 12 years old when I began my membership to deviantArt and taking a look at my old submissions gave me such nostalgia. I can see where my 12 year old self showed some promise in drawing, but I also saw some concern in my vocabulary and grammar skills.
